In 2017, Trickmaster purchased manufacturing rights to all Magic Masters products. They obtained all components, dies and fur machines to produce these spring animals. Unfortunately, it proved to be difficult to find someone that could make them properly.
We now are happy to say they have someone producing the original Rocky Raccoons in limited quantities as made by Magic Masters.

I use this puppet to amuse children in hospital. I have had many Rockys continually over 25 years. The first one I got was an original and the best.. When he wore out, I couldn’t get another original for many years and had to use cheaper variants. They worked well enough but they weren’t the same . Kids were still amused and laughed but they realised it wasn’t real reasonably quickly. I am delighted to report that this Rocky is as good as the original. Kids and adults are usually convinced it’s real throughout the performance. Smaller children love to give him a pat at the end as the fur feels so nice and this convinces them further that it’s real. I feel sorry for the rabbit (I’m assuming) that provided it and I hope that it was not sacrificed specifically for this purpose but it is providing a ton of happiness and pain relief for children who are sick everyday now. So I am super happy with this product. One little thing - when I got it, its fur completely covered its eyes. A quick judicial hair trim fixed that though.
Perfect.
